Atty. Roviel B. Nepomuceno founded NALO as a sole proprietorship on 16 May 2019 in the Central Business District area in Makati City, Philippines. Since then, NALO has grown and evolved, focused on providing the best and most respectable legal services to its clients.

In January 2023, NALO organized itself as a general professional partnership with three (3) partners and associate attorneys from different legal practice spectrum. The conversion into a GPP was predicated on the belief that organizations would seek legal advice from a law firm that looks beyond borders or narrow areas of expertise.

On July 18, 2024, NALO officially opened its West Wing.
